Tickets and Refunds:
Because of the intimate nature and limited seating for this event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket(s) to another guest. Please note that guests are responsible for arranging their own ticket transfers and sharing event details (date, time, and location) with the new attendee(s).
If you do transfer your ticket, you must notify us via email (pavilionferndale@gmail.com) at least 24 hours prior to the event with the name of the new guest(s) who will be taking your place.
Allergen & Ingredient Notice:
While we take great care in our cooking, our kitchen uses a wide range of ingredients which include nuts, shellfish, soy, and wheat. Even if a specific dish does not contain these, trace amounts or cross-contact may occur. Please inform us in advance of any severe allergies so we can advise appropriately and prioritize your safety.
